Combining both my technical engineering design skills and my desire for creative expression, I create roller coaster concepts using No Limits 2, a realistic simulation software able to accurately model the forces of modern roller coasters.

Trolley Trouble
My unsubmitted entry to the very first Boston themed NoLimits 2 design competition hosted by the Terrier Ride Engineering Club, Trolley Trouble embraces the MBTA and public transit in theme and story by easing congestion downtown with a high hourly throughput on familiar train lines. Shuffling Bostonites around the commons reusing concrete footings in a tight footprint and scaling heights higher than the surrounding buildings, this 24-hour design challenge pushed me to combine all my learned skills into one project and mimic real world Vekoma profiling techniques and element shaping.
Peril Peak
For this project, I used the idea of themable elements without a story so the coaster still stands on it's own, and Peril Peak was born. This is a Gerstlauer Eurofighter heavily inspired by Mystery Mine at Dollywood, but expanding on the rides ending after the largest drop. With unique profiling techniques and a modified heartline, this coaster has both the tight drops and large inversions of a classic large scale eurofighter, and a surprise ending that keeps riders guessing until the final break run.
Thresher
Thresher is a large scale new generation B&M Hyper coaster, inspired by the likes of Mako (hence the name) and Candymonium, focusing on a mix of more unique elements for B&M. The finale of the ride was inspired by the first B&M hyper Apollo's Chariot with a surprise ending mostly hidden from view until on the ride. This project was also my first time playing with fencing, ride scenery, and custom coaster nets on the lift hill.
Mooray
Mooray is an RMC I-Box Hybrid Coaster designed and built using NoLimits 2 simulator. Inspired by the compact nature of early RMC's like Wicked Cyclone or Medusa and combined with unique elements and a classic taste of RMC ejector airtime, Mooray is a design that focuses on well-crafted simplicity.
Minotaur
Minotaur is a compact Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster standing just over 100 ft tall with 5 inversions and a max speed of 53 mph. My goal was to mimic Gerstlauer's unique style of elements that incorporate long moments of hangtime and powerful launches to create a ride that feels authentic and still new.
WarBird
I started building WarBird in the middle of the B&M surf coaster debate, before anyone knew what the new ride model would look like. I thought that B&M's take on a family launch thrill coaster was unique, so I started working on this project. After the announcement for Pipeline, I decided to keep this as a conceptual ride model for a family friendly airtime B&M blitz coaster using the hyper coaster's staggered trains for unique seating.
TangleWood
TangleWood was a conceptual project that uses RMC's 208 retrack to reimagine a wooden coaster. Similar to many wooden coasters that have sections of rough track replaced with this, Tangle was an compact wooden coaster project that I came back to years later and replaced sections of with the 208 track to revitalize the coaster as an RMC project and finish as TangleWood, an fast paced and intense rmc style hybrid wooden coaster.
Redstone
Redstone is a large scale Chance Hyper GT-X Coaster model in the style of Lightning Run at Kentucky Kingdom, but with longer trains, larger elements, and more airtime. Using a modified heartline for the shaping, I attempted to mimic some of the more aggressive maneuvers of this coaster style, especially in the second half of the ride after the mid course.
